This place gave us a great family adventure. We loved the mildly cheesy jokes, fun tidbits of botanical information, and overall it was super chill. The zip lines were quite fun, and the areas we went through were beautiful! Thanks Gavin, Bernardo, and Emma for the great experience!

We booked the 9-line zip lining experience for our family of 5 as one of 2 main excursions during our week on the Big Island. It is costly but we knew it would be a unique experience. All of our kids (ages 14-18) absolutely loved it, and we did too. The booking, check-in, and entire process were flawless and professional. Having done zip lines before, we appreciated not having to clip in and out with every new line. The scenery was beautiful, we felt very safe, and it was fun to learn how to go upside down on a few lines too. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, even 100 would not be enough. Danny, Coral, and Everett made my first time ziplining truly memorable. The instructing, coaching, kindness, patience, knowledge, and fun will always be remembered. We shared so many laughs along the journey our group was top tier. Mahalo to Seth, Daniel and Nate for a super fun time riding the lines at Maui Ziplines. Our kids were nervous (and let's be honest, my husband too) - they set us at ease with their calm demeanor and funny jokes. We did five lines over the course of about an hour. It was a great experience, and the location is fantastic - you get views of the West Maui mountains. It's also easy to do other activities at the same location, from eating at Cafe O'Lei to taking the plantation farm tour.

Our family had an absolutely incredible experience with Maui Jungle Zipline! My husband, our 8-year-old daughter, and I had the time of our lives. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our guides – Ryan, Jo, and David – were beyond amazing. They were not only incredibly kind, patient, and funny, but also so knowledgeable about the beautiful jungle around us. We loved learning about the plants and animals along the way — and even got to taste some exotic plants, which was such a special treat! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the ziplining itself was so much fun for all ages. Our daughter felt completely safe and confident thanks to the team’s encouragement and professionalism. We can't recommend Maui Jungle Zipline highly enough — it was truly one of the highlights of our trip!

Sweet T (Trev) and Seven (Sam) were so amazing at being our guides for my wife and I’s first ever zip lining experience! They are very knowledgeable of their craft and interacted well with the entire group and we were a group of 10! They made all of us feel safe and of course showed us a fun time! We went did the zip line tour and Jurassic park tour and we loved it so much! It is seriously one of the most beautiful places I've ever been! The zip line tour was my favorite part of vacation! The guides were fantastic! We had Anna and Lexi! They were so fun, kind, safe, and helpful!

Very helpful friendly receptionist. The guides where the best knowledgeable. Amazing experience felt safe and Donavan helped us do cool tricks safely! He made it fun especially for people who has done it before. The girl was amazing she had a workout trying to pull us inn with a high wind day! She did great!
