Built right next to the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo, the Essex County TreeTop Adventure Course is an aerial obstacle course. Our Adult Courses (approx. 35 ft in height) offer 30 unique challenge elements with an average run time of 1 to 1.5 hours. Our Junior Courses (approx. 10 ft in height) offer 15 unique challenge elements with an average run time of 30 to 45 minutes. Parents/Guardians may join their children on the Junior Course for the same fee. The Zip Line measures over a football field in length and stands at approximately 40 feet.

My older kids did the adult course, and my youngest did the juniors. My youngest needed some help, and the staff was very attentive and patient. The place is nice, it was just a little too hot and you have to be aware that due to covid you must wear masks, so don't go in a super hot day. Bring water, the vending machines were off. Overall a great outing

This place was So fun!! My first time zip lining. The course instructor/guide was great!! I dropped one of my wireless headphones and the guide actually found them cuz music was still playing. It was a great day even though it rained. I had an amazing time!!!

Amazing place for zip lining!!! We went in the morning where no one else was around, which made it more fun! Definitely recommend! If afraid of heights, this isn't for you! Unless you want to face your fears then do it! The staff really explained and quizzed you before going on your own on multiple zips!
